Alag movie promotional video on air

‘Alag’ movie’s promos have been doing rounds on various channels on television for quite some time now. It features a new comer along with Dia Mirza. I recently saw that they have come up with a promotional title track video which features Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Arjun Rampal, Sushmita Sen, Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Priyanka chopra, Bobby deol to name a few, lip singing the song.

The hero who is in a complete bald look throughout the whole movie, or atleast thats what it seems through the promos, is seen with hair ( for the first time) during this video. Maybe the filmmakers realised that its important for the audience to see the hero complete in all sense, not with a wig, but a natural crop on his head.

Will this be enough to pull viewers to cinema halls to watch movie of a simple boy with extra ordinary powers?? Lets wait and watch.

Mallika I hate you

One of the best songs that Sandeep Chowta has come up with in recent times. And it simply Rocks !! He once agains proves his prowess and versatality by remixing his own songs (no you just cant include Himesh reshamiya in this category !!!!)

He has given 5 versions (atleast thats the number I have heard myself) for the song Mallika I hate you. The club mix featuring sonu kakkar is playing on music channels these days. And its one helluva song. A must have for all those who like to shake their booty. Even the desi mix of the same song has a lot of energy. My personal favourite though is the Mallika Tring Tring. What a song !!

I am sure Mallika Sherawat wouldnt mind hearing ‘I hate you’ from all spheres provided its said with so much energy, rhythm, beats and uniqueness. :-P

This is one song that she wouldnt mind getting linked to for no rhyme or reason ;-)

Moving on

Heard an amazingly meaningful line on television and thought I would share it with you all.

Forgiveness means giving up the hope that the past could have been any better.

How beautifully has this been written. Who so ever the writer is, has done a great job in summarizing the basic essence of getting over the hurt, forgiving and moving on.

Desperate Housewives

This happens to be my favourite television drama series since they stopped showing Ally McBeal (Friends not included in this category). What I like most about this series is that at the end of each episode they have this female voice (that of a dead character) summing up a simple fact of life. And I just love it !!

Today it was about fathers and I liked it so much that right after the end of the episode I came online to make a post about it. Here are a few lines from the episode.

There are such great fathers in the world that in their absence everything seems to fall apart.

There are great fathers who start loving us even before we arrive.

There are great fathers in the world who come looking for us when everyone else has slept.

And the best are those who make the women in their lives feel that they are good mothers. (my personal favourite :) )
