Bored Beyond Belief !!

Tortoise and rabbit gave a CET exam. Tortoise got 80% while rabbit got 81%. Both wanted admission in a good engineering college, but the cut off was 85%.

Rabbit couldnt get through but the tortoise did !!

How????

Remember tortoise had won the race when you were in first standard….So… Sports quota !!!!
